I started training with Stella on January 30, 2010 with the hopes of getting back into shape after gaining 13 pounds the last 7 months of 2009.  I had a trip to Mexico planned for March 18, 2010 with the hopes of getting into a decent shape before I had to get into a bathing suit!

Stella taught me how to eat healthy, monitoring my eating through a food diary and pushed as hard as she possibly could. The results- I dropped 10 pounds by March 16th  and was much leaner, stronger and felt confident to be in a bathing suit! I really enjoyed my vacation.

I have been working with Stella Monko as my personal trainer twice a week for two months now.  She is a terrific trainer.  She tailored my workouts to suit my pace and goals she helps me to focus and become comfortable with the equipment.

She has taught me to be more conscious of the foods I eat and that walking the days off training will improve my endurance and contribute to my cardio health.  

Stella is very knowledgeable in her profession and continues to improve her knowledge with classes and keeps up to date with the latest trends in body exercise which she passes on to her clients.  She is dependable and assures that I have a strong beneficial workout without being extreme.  I always feel good at the end of the hour session. I am 63 years old and have never formally exercised in my life.  I believe that if I had any other trainer than Stella, I would have quit the sessions by now.  My goals are to gain more strength, balance and endurance.  If I happen to lose weight and inches that will be an added benefit.  In the short time that I have been training with Stella, I am beginning to see actual results.  I feel very fortunate to have found Stella and am grateful for her help.  She is truly wonderful in my book.
